Oozi Cats is Founder and CEO of Telit Communications PLC and Member of the Board of Directors. He has 25 years of experience in creating and leading business ventures. In 2000 Cats founded Telit, then an Israeli start-up for high level engineering and distribution in the field of wireless communications. In 2001 the machine to machine (m2m) department was and the first products were engineered. In April 2007 the president of the Italian republic Giorgio Napolitano awarded Mr. Cats the decoration „Cavaliere dell‘ordine della stella della solidarietà italiana“. The Stella della solidarietà italiana was originally instituted in 1947, to recognize those expatriates and foreigners who made an outstanding contribution to the reconstruction of Italy after World War II.
