Since 1993, she has accompanied and encouraged people to follow their dreams and to realize their ideas of a fulfilled life. Today she works primarily with women in mid-life who either want to start their own business or are already successful as business owners. She helps them to develop their own path and set the course for growth.

In her work as a consultant, author and encourager, she relies on her many years of experience as a solo entrepreneur and dream-fulfiller. An important foundation of her work are her own experiences as well as further training on the topics of goals, dreams and visions.

Throughout her career, writing has been a means of self-expression and a source of inspiration until it became an important part of her work. "Reaching Goals With Ease" is her 4th non-fiction book. It was published in German ("Mit Leichtigkeit zum Ziel") in 2014, now follows an updated English edition.
